I know these struggles deeply. From a young age I experienced emotional, mental, and physical abuse, chronic health issues, and environments that didn’t feel safe. I’ve navigated toxic relationships, burnout and the weight of expectations imposed on me. I share this not as a wound, but as what I have personally freeded myself from. These experiences allow me to create a foundation for the deeply SAFE, TRANSFORMATIONAL and JUDGMENT-FREE space I offer.

Introductory Call
As in any meaningful relationship, a crucial first step is getting to know one another.
The intention of this 15 minute phone call is to allow you to voice your needs and ask your questions.I will explain what the practical part of the session will look like allowing you to get a first feel for my approach.
Together, we'll decide if we embark on the beautiful journey of rediscovery of self.
1 on 1 Sessions
During the coaching sessions, we will delve into the core of the negative programming and beliefs which are hindering you from being your true self and living the life you truly desire.
I will guide you on an INNER JOURNEY during which you will experience deep transformation and gain insight as to how to move forward.
The TRANSFORMATION and INSIGHTS will be uniquely yours as you connect to your own innate inner knowledge and wisdom.
Independently of the topic at hand ( relationship, financial, job or physical issues), all inner journeys lead to transformation and hightened awarness allowing for actual change.
